JWCCPA

We have several philosophies, doctrines, and beliefs that we follow in serving our clients. First of all, we are deeply honored by anyone who favors us with his or her business. We will guard that trust and defend our clients with all devotion. We will endeavor to earn your trust by serving you the way we would want you to serve us.

We will always strive for excellence in all of our services to you. We will not undertake any engagement that cannot be done in superior form. If we ever feel we do not have state-of-the-art expertise to handle your business affairs, we will not hesitate to bring in a tax attorney, industry specialist or whatever expert the situation requires.

We are routinely qualified for almost all of the engagements we accept, but we understand that we must provide accurate, timely, cost effective services to our clients if we are to properly serve you. We will strive to meet our own high standards of excellence in generating timely, accurate reports that are attractive and professional in appearance. We realize that our work must be affordable and cost effective. For more information on our attitudes about fees, please read our section About Fees.

We have never, but never, asked anyone to do business with us. We don't have any contracts for you to sign. If you don't want to do business with us we are not interested in trying to make you. As a matter of fact, we want to spare you embarrassment about firing us. If you are an annual tax client, and you don't come back, we won't call you or bother you. If you are a monthly client you can simply write us a letter. We won't call you up and try to take advantage of your compassion or friendship. You are not our property, and we realize it. People change accountants for some very sincere reasons. It happens all the time. We also hope we can remain friends. Our perception is that this is just a small part of being thoroughly professional.
