James W. Crawford

Certified Public Accountant

Jim Crawford was born and raised in Monroe, LA. He graduated from Northeast Louisiana State College in 1963 with a double major in Business Administration, and Accounting. He first began working for an accountant in 1962. Since 1963 Jim has been taking care of people’s taxes and it all started with one ad in the local newspaper. He started his CPA firm in 1972. Jim has two grown children, several grown step-children, and many grandchildren. Jim’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, sailing, sports, travel, and just anything besides bookkeeping.

Leigh Medders

Certified Public Accountant

Leigh Medders is a 2004 graduate of Delta State University in Cleveland, MS. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting. After graduating she traveled North and South America extensively for two years. She is currently living in Calhoun, LA and has a 6 month old daughter named Emma.  She likes to spend her time off with her family and participating in many sports and outdoor activities from water skiing to basketball, to camping and canoeing.

Anita married her high school sweetheart in 1977. She has three grown children, one girl and two boys and many grandchildren. Anita feels she was very fortunate to find and come to work for Jim after 23 years of service with Montgomery Ward which went out of business in 2001.

 Doug is a Monroe native.  He married his high school sweetheart in 1960 and they have two grown sons.  One of his sons is a dentist and one is an attorney.  He also has 8 grandchildren who all play sports.  His grandchildren keep him very busy cheering in the stands or applauding at dance recitals.

Susan has been happily married for 17 years.  She has a 16 year old daughter, Bridget, who is the joy of her life.  In her spare time she enjoys attending church and visiting with friends and family.  She has recently been occupying her time decorating her new home in West Monroe.

Jacki is a native of Monroe and enjoys spending time with her terrific husband Michael, daughter, Taylor and son, Jordan.  Her hobbies include cooking, shopping, reading and traveling.  She is planning a trip to Brooklyn, New York this summer!  She also enjoys helping others learn more about the Bible.

Callie is also a Monroe native.  She is a single mother or two beautiful girls, Keylee who is 13 and Skyler who is 7.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her girls dancing, singing, and just acting silly.  She enjoys work for Jim because she has always loved accounting.  It just seems to be natural to her.
